Imagine you were writing a bounds check with INTEGER. Would you write:<BR>
a, min, max: INTEGER;<BR>

IF a >= min AND a <= max reasonable<BR>
IF min <= a AND a <= max reasonable<BR>
IF NOT a < min AND NOT max < a seems kind of contorted?<BR>
