I propose that CM3_OMIT_GCC and CM3_CONFIG be supported. ?<BR>

Support for M3CONFIG and OMIT_GCC shall remain for compatibility, reluctantly.<BR>

OMIT_GCC is strictly a "scripts" thing.<BR>

M3CONFIG is a cm3 thing.<BR>

I would grant that M3CONFIG isn't terrible, on the theory that really cm3==m3.<BR>
