<BR>These are nearly identical.<BR>I don't entirely believe the comment about directories on Windows.<BR> - directories to have timestamps<BR> - it is up to the file system, not the operating system,<BR> You can see ext3 file systems over the network from Windows via SMB, etc.<BR>
(and you can see FAT and NTFS on Linux, Solaris, Mac, etc. via SMB, NFS, etc.)<BR><BR>They should be merged.<BR>
Probably m3-ui/vbtkit is where the merge should go.<BR>
