Log message:
	Fix scan_target_int to properly scan 64-bit integers on 32-bit hosts when
	HOST_WIDE_INT == long long.
	
	This fixes the problem with LONGINT on PPC_DARWIN.  "do-cm3-std.sh buildship"
	now succeeds with LONGINT for all of I386_DARWIN, PPC_DARWIN, LINUXLIBC6.
	Testing on SOLgnu next.
