Log message:
	Adjust Fill typecodes so that we can scan zero-filled pages without having to
	tack a filler after the last allocation.  This allows us to fix a bug in the
	GC SanityCheck code (@M3paranoidgc) manifested by the insertion of a filler by
	SuspendPool, with resumption after the fact resulting in a non-zeroed object.
