	Kubuntu 8.4 Hardy Heron beta KDE4 has no x86 X11 libs (.a files), I couldn't even find a package, and I'm not going to build them myself for the time being, so reference the .so files instead, conditionally; and drop all the unnecessary -L/usr/lib or -L/usr/lib32 switches until they prove needed
