Log message:
	Now that I have deleted my c:\windows\cygwin1.dll and therefore
	always keep c:\cygwin\bin in %PATH% for cvs.exe, and therefore
	uname.exe is always in my %PATH%, allow setting CM3_GCC_BACKEND=no
	to override uname probing so that I can still build regular NT386.
