	NT386GNU back to Posix paths, essentially just works either way, at least if you set CM3_ROOT, CM3_INSTALL, M3CONFIG environment variables (and even then, that's because my Python always sniffs to Win32 paths, it could do better, such as by findstr cygwin1.dll on cm3.exe)
