Log message:
	Final version that works at least for current LINUXLIBC6 upgrade
	from 5.4.0. The main extension is that in case of failures due to
	incompatible cm3.cfg changes, the new cminstall is used to try and
	generate one on the fly. It has been a bit tricky to get this working.
