	This seems to work now.  Needs careful checking, and possible cleanup.
	
	For example, perhaps we should convert all STATIC_CHAIN_EXPR at the
	beginnning.  That way, we can call get_frame_type for each context for which
	a static chain is needed and avoid the need for the DECL_NONLOCAL hack.
