	Add support for generating HTML status support during package building.
	This is a generic function of pkgmap.sh, activated by -report.
	Usually -k will be needed, too.
	
	usage example:
	
	HTML_REPORT=/var/tmp/cm3-pkgmap-report.html \
	./scripts/do-cm3-all.sh -k -report build m3core libm3
