	make-dist.py:
	ship all the copyrights
	
	make-dist.cmd:
	ship all the copyrights
	don't fail if .pdbs missing
	this is needed if you try to make a dist from the minimal dist, for example
	redirect stderr into the logs too; otherwise it looks like there is a hang
	though there isn't actually
	remove the little it of *.c/*.h from the dist to make it a tiny bit smaller
	remove the latent *.cmd code for making .tar.gz and tar.bz2
	don't bother building and copying around cminstall.exe
