Log message:
	allow RTLinker's tracing to work when things are more broken
	the default behavior is unchanged, and the behavior with @M3tracelinker
	is preserved
	a change in behavior requires modifying RTLinkerC.c and rebuilding
	this also enables more verbose tracing
