	NT386 needs to be NT386*
	and then take the time to review most of the document, editing here
	and there, encouraging people to use Python instead of cmd, providing
	a newer example with the yet newer distribution format
	(toplevel directory is versioned)
	shorten wording about nearly every Visual C++ and Windows works
	strike incorrect comment about Cygwin/MinGWin not supported (but
	leaving further information out for now)
