Log message:
	support for targeting OpenBSD
	these files are from the OpenBSD "port" of gcc 4.3 as described in the readme
	There are many more patches in the OpenBSD port but many of them are clearly
	not needed here, some of them are perhaps not needed, and many of them
	appear to be stated against 4.2 or at least a very old 4.3, so pruning
	was favored over repairing; what is left is fairly uninvasive
