I think user mode threads are not worthwhile.
I don't add support for them in any new target (except if I ever get to DJGPP).
I'm not removing the support where it exists.
 
It looks like I messed up FramePadBottom / FramePadTop.
I'll fix /very/ shortly (just realized it).
