	Utypes.mode_t = INTEGER
	struct_stat.st_dev: LONGINT;
	struct_stat.st_ino: LONGINT;
	
	for cvsup.
	Still very portable (modulo that
	ino doesn't really exist on Win32 FAT, and is not
	well exposed on Win32 NTFS (have to open the file, slow,
	though native APIs expose it since XP))
