	executables were missing Uconstants.c; also add in other switches that libraries had that executables did not -- -disable-auto-import, -disable-runtime-pseudo-reloc whatever that is, -large-address-aware (large means >2gig, and has no meaning on .dlls, only .exes); found via warnings building cvsupd on cygwin
