	per Olaf's dccs (thanks!):
	SupTCP => TCP
	SupConnRW => ConnRW
	import(suptcp) => import(tcp)
	SupErrno => Cerrno
	SupConnFD => ConnFD
	
	the suptcp directory is dead,
	and adapt to Uerror having variables instead of constants
	
	cvsupd.exe (server) and cvsup.exe can now build on cygwin.
	Testing them is another matter.
