	fix lockinglevel comments
	suspend_cnt giant => activeLock
	"Mu" => "Lock"
	the name "lock" is used because it is neither
	the pthread term ("mutex") nor the win32 term ("criticalsection")
	so therefore we can hopefully agree to use it in some
	future unified version
