Log message:
	restore historical (3.6) definition of PCRITICAL_SECTION, so that NEW() works with it (I get compile errors otherwise that I don't understand, and the historical definition follows the usual pattern, the contemporary one is wierd to me; if needed, we can replace everything with properly sized integers)
