Log message:
	Mentor crashes starting up.
	Even if I go back a week or a month in the release branch.
	(I haven't yet tested RC2, RC3, RC4, etc.)
	If we use the "Posix" scroller stuff, no problem.
	So do that for now.
	Probably some problem in the scroller code around locking.
	There were others recently (even on X)
