Log message:
	add test case to show if __try/__finally runs when a Modula-3
	except goes by; I'm pretty sure we have a bug here but
	many attempts to reproduce it fails, so for now, there is no bug
	(really: it may be some odd/old combination of compiler/libraries
	that nobody uses, but apparently it's absent with current tools)
