Log message:
	Fix buggy RTHooks.MultiCat (also accessible through
	pure wrapper procedure TextCat.NewMulti)(both
	implemented in TextCat.m3).  It didn't set fields
	a_len, b_len, or a_or_b_wide of the TextCat.T nodes
	it built.
	
	This is so blatent, it must have not been used anywhere
	in any general way.
