Log message:
	I thought I commited this last night -- move fairly common files
	to common directory.
	Only non-mainstream (so far) platforms affected.
	RTMachine.i3 might become platform-dependent with user therad support
	but RTSignal.m3 is quite identical/similar across all platforms,
	though will shortly be rewritten in C so that we can remove more
	platform-dependent "cloned headers".
