Log message:
	remove GCWRAPFLAGS, I don't believe it has been relevant for a long time,
	plus it is a Linux-only thing and the only Linux target in Tinderbox
	is AMD64_LINUX (that is, nobody is using this code with old relevant cm3)
	Granted, it might be useful with something as recent as 5.4. ?
