Log message:
	Very oddly, two symlinks in lib in the distributions made by this code
	are broken and turned into copies, libm3core.so and libembutils.so.
	Why just these two? Attemps to fix it by asking the Python library
	to copy symlinks as symlinks -- which it is mostly doing anyway.
	
	Really should probably use cm3 -ship for these purposes..
