Log message:
	Add target AMD64_LINUX (when uname -n returns "x86_64").
	Most package actions, e.g., "build" are done by cm3, which
	is getting its target another way, but "realclean" uses
	the TARGET variable set here, and was cleaning the wrong
	derived directory in this case.
