	replace Utypes.caddr_t with equivalent ADDRESS
	replace Utypes.u_long with equivalent Ctypes.unsigned_long
	
	for compatibility with Common/Utypes.i3
	We could also add these to Common/Utypes.i3 if anyone prefers.
