	some release engineering changes (work in progress, don't use):
	
	o add script to build release packages
	o add script to process package collections
	o add new package groups to pkginfo.txt
	o add several missing packages to pkginto.txt
	o add option passing through scripts to cm3
	o increase version to 5.8.1 for this change
	
	I'll now wait for the tinderbox results tomorrow...
