Log message:
	Use thread suspend/resume primitives on FreeBSD.
	I've tested p007 with this and it works fine on Mika's FreeBSD machine.
	Further testing needed please!
	
	Cleaned up thread state processing code.
	Made static mutexes directly accessible to eliminate special-purpose mutex routines.
