Log message:
	ThreadPThread__SuspendThread and ThreadPThread__RestartThread are
	identical for OpenBSD and FreeBSD, don't duplicate them
	(we can probably use same for others such as NetBSD, Irix, AIX,
	and almost the same for Solaris)
