	support "libfoo.a.sa" for "standalone" in Interix like
	NT386's "foo.lib.sa"
	simple:
	move ConvertLibsToStandalone from NT386.common to cm3cfg.common
	add call to it
	produce the .sa files (move foo.a foo.a.sa, etc.)
