	add @M3no-trestle-await-delete command line option
	This enables test cases on Windows like:
	for /l %a in (1 1 20) do start /wait /min \cm3\bin\Juno.exe @M3no-trestle-await-delete
	see if it gets to the end or not
	20 worked
	testing 100 now
