Log message:
	treat 'all' like 'std', esp. so that we ship .msis with 'all' in their
	name instead of 'std', should be clearer
	We could just drop 'all' in the .msi name, if we don't also ship 'min'.
	Make --help, -h, -?, -usage, etc. work with do-cm3-std.py etc., code
	was already there but slightly broken (possibly by my recent changes)
