	'IsOpenBSD' => 'xIsOpenBSD' since I added IsOpenBSD to cm3cfg.common and the meaning here is different -- there it is implicitly about target, here it is about a specified platform; probably should change the central one to IsTargetOpenBSD or TargetIsOpenBSD
