	some uname/target detection updates
	including but not necessarily limited:
	sync with sysinfo.sh
	remove starts from the ends of things
	prototypes PPC64_DARWIN
	use only "new" target names: I386_NETBDS, SPARC32_SOLARIS, etc.
	
	Note this file is not used.
	Probably never will be, I merged most of its goodness into sysinfo.sh.
