	remove the historical NetBSD2_i386 target
	I386_NETBSD suffices
	While we do have vocal users of: NT386, LINUXLIBC6, FreeBSD4, SOLsun/SOLgnu
	which should be replaced by I386_NT, I386_LINUX, I386_FREEBSD, SPARC32_SOLARIS
	I don't think we have any NetBSD2_i386 users.
