Log message:
	libdump, fix_nl also not needed in upgrade/cross stuff
	add m3staloneback back to 'core' group, because in fact 'core'
	is never used, useless, no need to mess with it (should
	just remove it, pylib.py should be updated to use
	the other data files..)
