	copy make-deb.py from release to head
	
	head made "min" and "std" packages
	
	release just makes one -- much simpler to
	test, and talk about, albeit contributes
	to bloat when people can't install bits/pieces
	
	There are other aspects changed here, like how
	to specify the input, but it is really just
	a few lines either way. (current version is 15 lines,
	previous was 19)
