Log message:
	Decontaminate m3middle (TInt and TWord).
	Add back deprecated TIntN and TWordN until someone has time to fix m3back.
	It currently manifests significant confusion regarding target integer types.
	There is sufficient type information around for this confusion to be repaired.
	I just don't have the time for this.
