	remove entire drective section
	its only use was inappropriate -- for -defaultlib:libc
	libc.lib was always a bad idea and doesn't exist any longer
	and we have long since been countermanding this with
	-nodefaultlib in the link commands in the config file
	besides that, "defaultlibc:libc" was encoded
	as an "integer", gross
