	slightly more algorithmic-based-on-strings target configuration
	should even fix some bugs:
	FreeBSD/x86 first readable address is 4K byte, not 4K bits
	Setting this value higher is just a very slight optimization.
	Likewise for PA{32,64}_HPUX.
	
	aligned_procedures based on architecture, not OS
	
	This leaves jumpbuf as basically the only thing
	that varies per precise target, everything else is
	factored on something with fewer variants.

	also max_align, which seems often wrong
