Log message:
	addition (Add) and subtraction (Sub) of positive and negative numbers (!)
	at least in the fixed range [-9999, 9999]
	Also provide Range(0, n) which creates the array [0, .., n - 1] which
	you can use with foreach.
	All built out of hash tables!
