	really, don't use -pthread on FreeBSD4
	It seems SYSTEM_LIBS{"LIBC"} is read before configure_linker runs,
	so instead of changing it there, we set it to just -lm much
	earlier, and then if we wanted -pthread, add it to SYSTEM_LD.
