	document problem with 'boot' that prevents its wider use e.g. in Hudson: it provides just cm3, but that cm3 is tied somewhat to a particular m3core and cm3cg, not as much as in the past, but still (e.g. if RTHooks.i3 or M3CG.i3 change); the dependency on m3core is easy to fix, by making a library from .o files produced here anyway, the dependency on cm3cg not so much
