Log message:
	trim ALPHA_OSF/Usignal.i3 down to just
	an exact copy of Common/Usignal.i3 plus struct_sigcontext,
	enough, maybe more than enough, to compile the stack walking code
	(do we really need such an accurate Frame exposed to the Modula-3?)
