Log message:
	Comment out the decision to use target specific code and just
	use the generic version, it does compile, whereas the osf1/decunix
	versions no longer do. Is the target specific version faster
	or did these systems previously not handle the generic version?
	Either I doubt it matters much, out here in jvideo.
