Log message:
	checkpoint gcc 4.5 Modula-3 changes
	including:
	make some of configure -enable-checking always on
	making -enable-checking issue warnings instead of errors
	
	This can compile cm3 and run a bit of code in it, but does fail
	and needs further work. Will come back to this once gcc 4.3 -enable-checking
	is ok.
