Log message:
	Remove atomic Longint for now on PPC_LINUX, PPC_DARWIN, PPC32_OPENBSD.
	The first two platforms fail to link due to references to these
	functions. Presumably the last too. I know the plan is to fallback to
	locks somewhere, but I don't think they have materialized yet.
